KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Take advantage of this opportunity to be a part of Aman. We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Head Chef – Japanese Cuisine to be based at Amanjena in Marrakesh, Morocco

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 – 5 years of Hotel Industry experience in Japanese cuisines and at least 3 years in a comparable role as Head Chef for a luxury resort.
  • Passionate to coach and develop team members while planning and organizing the kitchen operations for the resort.
  • Fluency in business English is required. Speaking French or additional languages is desirable.
  • Demonstrate creativity in menu development and dining experiences with the natural, wellness and serene environment in mind coupling with the various occasions and events that our guests will enjoy during their stay.
