Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh offers a glamorous urban experience in the iconic Kingdom Centre. Centrally located in the heart of the dynamic Saudi Capital, just a short drive from businesses and main attractions, the Hotel offers guests a glimpse into the destination, with its signature palm trees decorating the Lobby, unobstructed views of the city from its renovated guest rooms & suites and kind Saudi hospitality provided by its staff through every interaction.
The candidate should be able to cut and prepare for use various varieties of meat, fish and poultry. Also, the candidate shall be able to inspect all meat, seafood, and poultry according to established specifications and Four Seasons Standards and perform yield testing. Moreover, candidate should be able to operate, maintain and properly clean kitchen equipment, including deep fryer, broiler, stove, steamer, food processor, mixer, slicer, oven, steam table, tilt kettle, waffle iron, and flat top grill. The candidate hould be able to date all food containers and rotate as per policies, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures; check pars for shift use, determine necessary preparation, freezer pull and line set up; note any out-of-stock items or possible shortages; return all food items not used to designated storage areas, being sure to cover/date all perishables; assist in setting up plans and actions to correct any food cost problems; control food waste, loss and usage per policies.
