Learning and Development Manager

The Learning and Development Manager coordinates and organizes a range of development activities that contribute to the attainment of the Company’s clearly prescribed performance standards and Hotel Goals. The Learning and Development Manager must systematically analyse the Hotels training needs and deliver relevant learning, plan and  coordinate the production of Departmental Training Plans, act as an internal consultant to Heads of Departments on department related training issues,  source and recommend appropriate external training organizations or resources, maintain a current knowledge of statutory requirements and develop creative and innovative training programs.

We are looking for individuals who are dynamic and inspirational, have good communication and interpersonal skills and are able to evidence professionalism and adaptability.

Applicants are required to have two to five years previous employment in a related position.  Human Resources or Hospitality Education is preferable, however, not essential if applicants have previous relevant work experience

Occasional travel is required to other Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts for training and development purposes.
