Housekeeping Attendant
As an Housekeeping Attendant, you will take ownership of guest rooms, ensuring that our guests are provided with a clean, comfortable spae, and be a part of creating a memorable experience for them.

What you will be doing:
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to required standard
- Take initiative to add a personalized experience for the guest
- Take ownership of guests’ privacy and belongings, while ensuring exceptional service
- Ensures the smooth running of the Housekeeping section by performing all tasks in adherence with the code of ethics
- Effectively communicaties with Housekeeping Supervisor on issues, challenges or abnormalities encountered in the course of duty
- Ensures cleaning schedules are adhered to
- Ensures there are sufficient supplies for use
Your experience and skills include:
Knowledge and Experience
- Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an asset
- Ability to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
- Excellent organizational skills and time management
Competencies
- Good interpersonal skills with multi-cultural awareness and able to work alongside a team of colleagues from different cultures
- Service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to work efficiently and independently under pressure in a dynamic environment
